With respect to the constraints in Coffee improvement a number of breeding and selection programs have been initiated across the world. University of Trieste has collected nearly 61 unique accessions comprising several Arabica varieties, interspecific crosses and wild species. The plants are being maintained in a green house. These materials act as a source for various experiments
